Warm Home Discount

The government and energy suppliers are running a scheme to help those at risk from fuel poverty in England, Scotland and Wales get a rebate from their electricity bill. If you are eligible, the Warm Home Discount will offer you a benefit of £140 (inclusive of VAT) against your electricity bill in 2021/22.

Consent Statement

I confirm that I have answered the questions to the best of my knowledge. I understand that to check that I am eligible for the Warm Home Discount Scheme I may be asked to provide documents to confirm my income.

We've partnered with a company named Charis to carry out these eligibility checks and they may get in touch with me.

I can withdraw my consent at any time, in doing so this would mean that my application for Warm Home Discount is cancelled. I'm aware that if I change electricity supplier before the discount is paid I will no longer be eligible.

I agree to my personal data being processed in accordance with your Privacy Notice (link provided below).

In addition to the provisions of that notice, we will process your personal data in order to confirm whether or not you qualify for any payment under the Warm Home Discount Scheme ("Scheme"). We will only share your personal data with the Department for Work and Pensions and those third party suppliers who support us with the delivery of our obligations under the Scheme. We will need to retain your personal data for a period of 6 months after the end of the Scheme Year for any audit purposes whereupon it will be deleted except for any personal data we need to retain for any legal, statutory or regulatory reasons.
